At Limitless Locs, I value my time and yours! To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, please review my policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24+ Hours Notice – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice – Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service.

• Same-Day Cancellations – If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the service fee due to the difficulty of filling the time slot.

No-Shows

• If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must pay that amount before booking any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no-call, no-show. I am not required to squeeze you in after that point. Additionally, you will need to pay the full service cost you agreed to during the consultation before booking any future services.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that life happens! If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
